Performance Management Training
The National Guard is scheduled to implement MyPerformance on 1 April 2017.
Prior to implementation, technicians, supervisors and managers are required to receive training on MyPerformance appraisal process and the DPMAP application tool.

INITIAL TRAINING: 
MyPerformance Initial Course, (all seven modules), plus training videos, are designed for those technicians, supervisors and managers who have not completed at least one performance appraisal in the PAA.

INITIAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE (Lessons 1-7 and Training Videos)  - Retain for your personal records.

REFRESHER TRAINING:
MyPerformance Refresher Training is designed for those technicians, supervisors and managers who have completed at least one performance appraisal in the PAA. The Refresher training includes two PowerPoint presentations. (Module 3, Planning Performance and Module 6, Evaluating Performance), plus the training videos.

REPORTING TRAINING COMPLETION TO HRO: 
Supervisors will compile a list of their employees who have completed their required training.  Annotate the requested information on this form and email to ng.ut.utarng.list.hro-hrs-hrd@mail.mil.
