Commanders,
Administrative Officers, Directors, Supervisors, Unit Training
Managers please review TAG Policy letter 03-26, Requirement for Full
Time Support Personnel UTARNG to attend NGPEC functional area
training Courses. The following are NGB directed mandatory
Courses: OIC Course, Training Officer/NCO Course, Unit Supply
Course, Readiness NCO Course, and Unit Administrative Course.
AGR's and Technicians are required to attend PEC Functional Area
Courses upon assignment within the first year of assignment.
Full Time Personnel are required to forward a copy of the Graduation
Certificate to the HRO, Employee Development Branch. POC
is Becky Romero ext 4548.

*This line is used for an AGR enlisted soldier who needs a plane ticket
and does not have a GOV'CC It will only be allocated to pay for the
Plane Ticket |

*This line is used for an AGR enlisted soldier who has a GOV'CC. It will
fund all expensed related to travel. And all other expenses if a soldier
has a centrally funded airline ticket. |

*This line is used for an AGR Officer who needs a plane ticket and does
not have a GOV'CC It will only be allocated to pay for the Plane Ticket |
