Attention all Utah National Guard Leadership and Volunteers!!!!

 

 

Dates:  November 5 & 6, 2010

Registration:  Come join us as we learn about our Servicemember and Family Support Staff, who's who and what they can do to support you and your Family Readiness Group.. 

 

Volunteers will be placed on Invitational Travel Orders (ITO) for the Conference.  To be placed on an ITO, we must have your Social Security number.  If this is not on file with the Servicemember and Family Support Office, you will receive a phone call to obtain this information.  The Servicemember and Family Support office does not have the ability to place Service Members on orders.  If a Service Member requires travel orders, these must be obtained from your unit.  Service Members will also be responsible for making their own hotel arrangements if needed.

 

All of our volunteers are invited to stay on Friday evening November 5th, if you are traveling more than 100 miles, we will extend your hotel room for Saturday evening as well.

 

 

Times: Friday evening room Registration and event check in begins at 3:30 pm. 

 

We will continue the conference on Saturday morning with late registration and breakfast beginning at 8:00 am.  The conference will end at approximately 5:00 pm on November 6th, 2010.

 

Attire:  Conference attire is business casual.
