Pregnant service members, single parents and dual military couples with dependants may be required to have
a Family Care Plan in accordance with AR 600-20. The following documents are needed to complete your Family
Care Plan.
Family Readiness Support Assistant (FRSA): Empowers commanders in their duty to deliver
the Total Army Family Programs so that Soldiers and Families are entitled, informed, educated,
assisted and made ready for the unique demands of military life before, during and after deployment.
